By using the Twin mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
The App uses machine learning algorithms to identify your celebrity look-alike based on the photograph you upload.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your uploaded content.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Twin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users of the App, or third parties, or for any other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
